No Bake Banana Cheesecake Lush

Ingredients

Crust

  • 30 golden oreos (divided) finely crushed
  • 6 tbsp butter melted

Cheesecake Layer

  • 16 oz cream cheese room temp
  • ½ c granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Banana Pudding Layer

  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding 4 ½ c size
  • 1 box banana instant pudding 4 ½ c size
  • 2 c milk whole or 2%
  • 1 large ripe banana sliced

Topping

  • 1 8 oz cool whip thawed
  • 6 crushed golden oreos (optional)

Instructions

Crust

  • In a food processor, process oreos until finely chopped. Pour into a 9x13 pan. Add the melted butter and stir until well combined.
  • Press firmly until you have an even layer of crust. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

Cheesecake

  • While the crust is cooling, combine the cheesecake ingredients in a medium sized bowl or stand mixer, and beat until smooth and fluffy.
  • Pour over crust and refrigerate again for 2 hours.
  • Remove from fridge and spread carefully over the crust.

Banana Layer

  • In a large bowl, combine both pudding mixes and milk. The pudding will be thick.
  • Gently spread over the cheesecake layer.
  • Top with slices of banana.

Topping

  • Carefully spread the cool whip over the pudding mixture. Sprinkle with remaining oreo cookie crumbs.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set before serving.
