Preheat oven to 375°
Cook bacon strips according to package directions, then chop into small pieces
Unroll crescent roll dough on a non-stick surface and pinch seams together to form one large rectangle
Carefully spread cream cheese over the dough
Sprinkle with garlic powder
Distribute the peppers evenly over the cream cheese
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese
Top with bacon pieces.
Carefully roll the dough into a log, then slice evenly into 10 slices (about ½ inch thick)
Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned
